Though a Chron story last week about wind turbines in the city said that Gavin’s tidal turbines had “stalled,” apparently they are back on track. The mayor said that the project is in its “final stages” of getting permits, and also said it was unfortunate that we had to take on this project, rather than the state or federal governments.
