We’ve been watching this for a few months— can we consider the new SPUR Urban Center in SoMa to be done now? The urban think tank’s staff has been lurking inside their new digs for a couple weeks, but the big orange sign that just landed on the front outs them pretty unambiguously. Grand opening’s May 28 to 30, which means tours and, one hopes, finger foods.
