The new house would be a three-story, 2-unit building whose very potential shall cost the buyer nearly a million at $970,000. Someone went to all the trouble of pushing a house through the system, only to give up and pass the dream project on to some lucky buyer. ‘Course, said buyer would have to foot the costs of demolition and subsequent construction, but perhaps it’s worth it.
