Up for grabs: Arnold Schwarzenegger’s house in “Junior,” the charming movie where our favorite action star governor goes ultra-preggo. Yes! The house in question is 2552 Hyde St, a 3-bed, 3-bath, and 1,900 square-foot single-family in Russian Hill. And while last it went on market for $1,895,000 just a couple years ago, this go-around it’s asking $1,995,000. Says Curbed editor emeritus Philip Ferrato: “Sold for 55K over asking in 2007. Will probably sell for 200K under asking in 2009.” Just bear in mind that any unusual gestational arrangements are probably optional.
