Via The Front Steps, Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett’s house in Pac Heights has finally sold after years of pining for a buyer. The 8-bedroom mansion was first listed at $12.5 million four years ago, and then ended up last month at $8,995,000. The Front Steps’ source won’t say how much 2505 Divisadero ended up going for, but hey, it went. Four years in, that’s something.
